  1. If you suspect that your eGCC or MEID account has been compromised, please contact the Helpdesk
  2. For employees, if you suspect your office computer has been infected with a virus, or your account has been compromised, please contact the helpdesk.

**Please note the GCC Helpdesk staff do not support personal computers/laptops.

When contacting the helpdesk, please provide your name, location, telephone number or email address, and a brief description of the problem.

Contact Information

There are four ways for us to help you:

  1. In-person: By far the best way for us to help you. Come in and we'll take care of all your account aches and pains. Our main Helpdesk is located in High Tech Center 1, just inside the West entrance.
  2. Phone: (623) 845-3555. We will ask a series of security questions to verify your identity and help make basic changes, such as resetting your eGCC password. We answer the phone during our hours listed below.
  3. Email: helpdesk@gc.maricopa.edu. Please send email from your own account, (preferably your GCC Email account) so we can ensure we're sending information to the correct person. We answer emails during our hours listed below.
  4. Chat: Click the chat icon located on the GCC Technology Resources main page and login using your eGCC username and password.
