Pay for Print Green Printing Options:
For those classes that require large numbers of handouts, please consider these options:
- Utilize digital media. Post class handouts in Blackboard or on a web site for students to view without having to print.
- Save files in easy to use formats such as .pdf or .rtf so that students will be able to view online materials from any computer.
- Encourage students to print more than one slide of a PowerPoint presentation on a page.
- Encourage students to print only the pages needed by using the preview option.
