How Do I Get Help?

24/7 Help Resources:

• MyeGCC - For more information please see eGCC User Tools. Your eGCC Username and Password are required to access this resource.
• Managing Your eGCC (Online tutorials) - This website features a collection of "video" demonstrations. These demonstrations provide tips and techniques for conserving your eGCC server space.
• Managing Your eGCC (printable guide) - This quick guide provides basic eGCC user information and references to additional help resources.
  

On Campus:

Self-help eGCC Account Lookup Stations are located in High Tech 1, High Tech 2, and the Library Media Center. Your College ID card is required to use the lookup station.

For personal assistance, please visit the main Technology Helpdesk located inside the west entrance High Tech Center 1.

For Hours of Operation select the desired lab from the list below

• Library Media Center Computer Commons (LMC)
