Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your eGCC password you will need to reset it. At this time, there are three ways to reset your password:
- Bring your College ID to one of the eGCC Account Look-Up
Stations in the High Tech Centers, the Library Media Center,
or the Library Computer Commons at GCC North. Scan your GCC ID
and choose the 'Reset Password' button.
- Contact a Helpdesk representative at High Tech Center 1, the Library Media Center, or the Library Computer Commons at GCC North. Ask them to assist you in resetting your password.
- Contact the Helpdesk by telephone at 623.845.3555 during regular business hours. Helpdesk Hours
After your password has been reset you should be able to login with your default username and password. You can change your password using the eGCC Password Changing utility at http://genesis.gc.maricopa.edu.
It may take up to five minutes for your password to be completely reset.
