How Do I Change My Password?

To change your eGCC Password from the default password to something else:

     On-Campus:

1. Login to any eGCC workstation in the High Tech Centers or the Library Computer Commons, using your eGCC username and default password.
2. Once you login successfully, please open up a browser window (Internet Explorer or Firefox) and please go to the Password Changing Utility located at https://genesis.gc.maricopa.edu/password.
3. Once at the Utility, please provide your eGCC Username, default password as your "Current Password", and your new password in the last two boxes.
4. Click the "Change Password" button to submit your changes. Upon successful completion, you should get a confirmation message stating you successfully changed your password.

     Off-Campus:

1. Please point your browser to the Password Changing Utility located at https://genesis.gc.maricopa.edu/password.
2. Once at the Utility, please provide your eGCC Username, your default password as your "Current Password", and your new password in the last two boxes.
3. Click the "Change Password" button to submit your changes. Upon successful completion, you should get a confirmation message stating you successfully changed your password.

To change your eGCC Password from your current one to something else:

1. Please point your browser to the Password Changing Utility located at https://genesis.gc.maricopa.edu/password.
2. Once at the Utility, please provide your eGCC Username, your current password, and your new password in the last two boxes.
3. Click the "Change Password" button to submit your changes. Upon successful completion, you should get a confirmation message stating you successfully changed your password.

To reset your eGCC to the default password:

You can reset your password by scanning your College ID at an eGCC Lookup Station and selecting the reset button. eGCC look-up stations are located in High Tech 1 & 2 and the Library.
