Flex Yoga is geared for students that need flexibility in their schedule. Students enrolled in the Flex Yoga section may attend any class offered on the Flex Yoga Schedule as their weekly schedule permits. All skill levels are welcome. Attend any Flex Yoga class at any time!

GCC also offers various styles of Yoga classes to those who prefer a consistent schedule. These classes meet with the same instructor, at the same day and time throughout the semester. These courses are not included in the Flex Schedule and focus on a progressive skill building format with Philosophical discussions. SUMMER: Enroll in PED201YJ 16650, FALL: Enroll in PED202YJ 35870.

Yoga Basics: Focus on fundamental yoga postures and combine breathing with the movement to build strength and flexibility. Geared for all skill levels. Highly recommended for beginners.

Intro to Power Yoga: Yoga postures performed in a dynamic series designed to gain strength, flexibility and release toxins. This is an athletic flow form of yoga. Be prepared to sweat!

Power Yoga: Challenging sequence of postures, combined with breath to achieve balance. Arm balances and advanced standing poses.

Healthy Backs: Relieve back pain. Relax and strengthen your back with gentle stretching and toning exercises to release core tension and promote spinal flexibility.

Restorative Yoga: Release tension with deep relaxation poses utilizing props. Recommended for all levels.
