Aerobics Schedule

Attention Beginners!

Although you may attend any class on the Aerobics schedule, the following classes are recommended for beginners because they can be self-paced.

  • ABS & Glutes
  • Body Sculpt
  • Cardio Ball
  • Cycle
  • Intro to Pilates (all levels)
  • Sculpt/Stretch
  • Water Aerobics
  • Yoga Basics


Modified Schedule

Aerobics classes are held on these holidays:

  • President's Day – Monday February 19th
  • Spring Break – March 12-18

Modified schedule will be posted in the classroom.
