Class Descriptions

Abs & Glutes: A complete workout of abdominals, glutes and all supporting muscle groups.

Body Sculpt: Specific muscle toning exercises using hand weights, rubber bands, tubing, and other equipment.

Belly Dance Boogie: A fun workout using belly dance moves. No previous experience needed.

Cardio Body Sculpt: A muscle strengthening workout that incorporates high intensity cardiovascular moves with resistance training principles. Includes the use of weights, bands, tubing, and other equipment.

Cycle: A stationary group cycle workout that is a maximum leg/lung challenge. Bring water! Held in the Fitness Center.

Double Step: A step workout utilizing two step platforms. (Not recommended for beginners)

Healthy Back: Relieve back pain. Relax and strengthen your back with gentle stretching and toning exercises to release core tension and promote spinal flexibility.

Pilates: Mat-based exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength for the total body. Learn core control & stabilization while improving postural alignment.

Low/High/Step: A cardio class consisting of low/high aerobics and step aerobics.

Step: Using an adjustable platform form 4-12 inches high, students step up and down in a variety of movements for a cardio workout.

Step & Stretch: 30 minutes of step followed by 30 minutes of stretch and relaxation.

20/20/20: Approximately twenty minutes each of low/high impact, step, and body sculpt.

Water Aerobics: A fun, moderate workout in the pool that includes cardio and toning.
