    The PowerHouse Weight Room: The PowerHouse is available for Fitness Center students at designated times.     Aerobics/Yoga: Classes all day, seven days a week. For more information, please see our Aerobics and Yoga Sampler pages.

    Cardiac Wellness Program: A program designed for individuals with known cardiac risk factors. Guided by American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Exercise Specialists, participants receive Electrocardiograms (EKG) and blood pressure checks, along with stimulating workouts.

    Discount Sign-Up Programs

    Corporate Group Accounts: are available for companies with ten or more employees joining the Fitness Center. Let us be a part of your company Wellness Program and give your employees the gift of fitness! Ask about payroll deduction.

    Lifetime: For those who have made a lifetime commitment to exercise, GCC has made it more economical. If you have enrolled for more than seven continuing semesters, ask about the Fitness Center Elite discount.

    Young Adults: You're never too young to begin establishing exercise as part of your daily routine. Young adults ages 13 to 17 can sign up for the Fitness Center at a discounted rate. A parent/adult must accompany those 13 to 15 years of age.
