Time Cards and Payroll Information
- The hours must be worked before being paid; the rate depends on the position.
- Submit your Time Card to the SFA Office by 4:00 p.m. on the time card due date. During the Fall/Spring semesters time cards are due on every other Wednesday, Summer Sessions time cards are due on every other Tuesday. Time Cards may be due on other days (i.e., holiday). Notifications will be sent to the supervisor.
- Turn your time card in on time.
- Time Cards submitted after 4:00 p.m. on the due date may be DELAYED in PAYMENT UNTIL the FOLLOWING PAY DAY.

Payday is every other Friday during the Fall/Spring semesters. Summer Sessions payday is every other Thursday. Paychecks are disbursed in the Cashier's office.
