The Project Management Form (PMF) describes the procedures for requesting facilities projects through the Project Management Team (PMT). Projects include maintenance such as replacement of worn carpet, safety corrections such as tripping hazards and remodeling including renovation of offices or classrooms/laboratories.

A Project Management Form must be prepared for evaluation and approval by the department chair/manager/VP. Detailed procedures and forms are available at http://www.gccaz.edu/procurement/12694.htm.
