Welcome to Facilities ManagementThe Facilities Management Department is aligned under the Vice President of Administrative Services. The Department provides maintenance, operations, repairs and minor construction on all campus facilities and utilities; manages purchases of campus furnishings, fixtures and equipment; performs all receiving and asset control activities; oversees sustainability initiatives to include water and energy reduction, recycling, "green" products selection and participates in building design and fixture selection; oversees construction projects in conjunction with District staff, consultants, and contracted personnel at both college locations. The Facilities Management's main office is located in SU-139.
