Canvas Technical Support
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Canvas Technical Support can resolve problems like how to log in to Canvas, and how to interpret Canvas error messages.

GCC Technology Service Desk
The GCC Technology Service Desk can answer questions about eGCC data storage space, memory allocation and MEID password problems. Contact the Technology Service Desk:
- In person: This is the best way to get help if you are on campus. Our main desk is located in High Tech Center 1 (map).
- By phone: Call (623) 845-3555. You will be asked to answer security questions to verify your identity. The phone line is answered during regular Service Desk hours listed below.
- By email: Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from your own account (preferably your student Gmail account) so we know who we are helping. Emails are answered during regular Service Desk hours.
Contact your eCourses instructor with questions pertaining to the course, like grades, syllabus, content materials and course availability.
Other Technical Questions
If you have hardware trouble with your physical computer contact the manufacturer or the store where you purchased it. Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) if you are having trouble with your home internet connection.
