Determining Tuition and Fees

Please see http://www.gc.maricopa.edu/tuition for current tuition schedules and college policies, which apply to private school and self-pay Dual Enrollment students.

(For public high schools not using the self-pay process, check with the high school bookstore for tuition and payment processes.)

Tuition Payment Methodology

Credit or Debit payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus, or American Express will be accepted by:

• Registration Operators in the GCC Enrollment Center
• Telephone Registration Operators at (623) 845-3333
• Online Registration at http://my.maricopa.edu/
• Mail:

  (detach upper portion of student invoice and remit credit card information to Cashiers Office)
• Cashier Office in the Enrollment Center (see campus map)

Check payments will be accepted by:

• Registration Operators in the Enrollment Center
  • Cashiers Office in the Enrollment Center
• Express Drop Boxes located in the Enrollment Center
• Mail

Cash payments will only be accepted by:

The college reserves the right to cancel the registration of any student who does not pay fees by the due date. However, it remains the responsibility of students wishing to withdraw to notify the Admissions and Records office by the refund deadlines.

Residency

• If you have lived in Arizona for less than one year and are a dependent that lives with a parent/legal guardian, please call (623) 845-3313 to discuss establishing in-state residency status. Forms can be downloaded at: http://www.gc.maricopa.edu/residency
• Students determined to be ineligible for in-state status will be responsible for paying the out-of-state tuition rate.
