About Us

The Office of Strategy, Planning & Accountability fosters student success by leading, evaluating and integrating strategic planning, compliance and analytics into the culture of inquiry at Glendale Community College. For more information about our office, click to read our Tier II Strategic Plan.

Strategy & Planning

The Office is responsible for the oversight of the institution’s strategic planning efforts at the college level, with an emphasis on integrated planning that incorporates strategic planning, budget, assessment and review.

Accountability

Accountability efforts at GCC are focused primarily on Title IV eligibility and compliance with Program Integrity guidelines, including disclosures and policy updates as required by the U.S. Department of Education, the Higher Learning Commission, and various other regulatory agencies, when appropriate.

Institutional Research

The Office provides data and analysis necessary to support data-informed decision-making across the campus.  In addition, we are developing methods to utilize predictive analytics to forecast trends and better inform institutional planning efforts.
