| Description:Student will be working in a laboratory environment and will handle laboratory rats. Applicant will be required to clean, sweep, etc. - maintenance of rat laboratory - includes feeding/watering animals, cleaning cages, changing/cleaning shelf units, assisting in monitoring of animals. We are looking for the following qualifications: motivated, self-starter, attention to detail, ability to recognize and communicate situations needing a supervisors attention, interest in animal behavior, ability to take direction, ability to lift at least 50 lbs (food & shavings), must be willing to receive training for Level I animal certification, and punctual. | |
