| Description: The student should have some computer background and have a firm understanding of the Windows XP Operating system, as well as some hardware knowledge is preferrable. Student should know how to install software on a desktop machine. Work well with other students and have customer service skills. Install and configure software on desktop workstations, assist in the maintenance of student/ staff desktop workstations, assist students with computer usage, record computer repair and maintenance, and assist with hardware repair of desktop computers. | |
