Tuition Waivers
For detailed information on Tuition Waivers, see the Tuition Waiver Handbook. General policies are listed below.
- Waivers are limited to the per-credit hour charge (this includes out-of-county and out-of-state costs).
- All fees must be paid by the employee at the time of registration and be accompanied by the Tuition Waiver.
- Eligibility may or may not be verified prior to the end of the drop/add period. If fees are not paid by the due date, classes will be purged for non-payment and the student will need to re-register.
- Separate tuition waiver forms must be completed for each college that you plan to attend.
- Tuition waiver requests will only be honored through the semester in which the class ends.

Waivers will not be posted to the student account until the employee's portion is paid in full.
Waivers do not cover fees . Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Course Fees
- Credit by Exam Fees
- Lab Fees
