Cashier's Office

BEGINNING WITH FALL 2011 ENROLLMENT, GCC WILL CONDUCT DAILY ENROLLMENT CANCELLATIONS FOR NON-PAYMENT OF TUITION AND FEES. FEES INCLUDE COURSE FEES AND $15.00 REGISTRATION FEE. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR FURTHER INFORMATION:

Payment due dates are determined by the start date of each class. It is the student's responsibility to verify payment amounts including associated class fees and due dates for each class. Classes for which tuition and fees are unpaid by due date are subject to enrollment cancellation. Students who have not made payment arrangements by the close of business on payment due date will be dropped from classes.

Enrollment cancellation will begin 30 days prior to the start date of each class and will OCCUR DAILY, Monday through Friday throughout the semester.

The Cashier's Office manages cashiering, billing, collection, and student account services functions of the college. Students may pay bills, request refunds, obtain third party payment plan information, and seek clarification related to college charges. In addition, the Cashier's Office strives to provide students and employees with accessible and responsive financial and cashiering services. This office provides services to over 22,000 students and 500 faculty and staff.

The GCC Cashier's Office accepts the following payments:

  • Tuition & Fees
  • Payments for Dues (Clubs and Organizations)
  • Fines( Lab, Traffic, Library, etc.
  • Equipment Rental (Calculators)
  • Equipment Purchase (Fitness Equipment, Class Resources)
  • Graduation Supplies
  • MCCCD Debts
  • Fitness Center Services (Massage Therapy,Personal Training)
  • Fitness Center Apparel and Equipment

The GCC Cashier's Office provides the following services for students:

Enrollment

A student is considered officially enrolled once all tuition, fees, and any other outstanding debt is paid in full.

No student shall be enrolled in classes with a current outstanding debt at any campus within the Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD).

Delinquent debt may incur late charges, collection costs, and/or legal fees, all which must be paid prior to any services be rendered to student. In addition, failure to pay debts may revoke a student's current enrollment.

Please note: If a student is 18 years of age or older, Federal privacy laws prohibit college employees from releasing most information to anyone other than the student. Therefore, if you are the parent or guardian of an MCCCD student, please have the student call with questions regarding their accounts even if you are the financially responsible person.
