Payment Plan
The GCC Payment Plan is open to all students.You will be given up to six (6) monthly payments, depending on when you sign up for the plan - the earlier you sign up, the more payments you will be given.
If you wait to sign up until the beginning of school, or have only short classes, there may be a downpayment required, and you will be given fewer monthly payments.
All payments must be completed before your last class ends.
You will need a U.S. checking, savings or credit card account to enroll in the plan. If you need to set up a bank account, you may do so at any Wells Fargo Bank using just your Maricopa Community College student ID.
There is a non-refundable $20 processing fee each semester to enroll in the plan.
Payments will be automatically withdrawn from your checking, savings or credit card account on the 5th of every month, or until your GCC student account shows a zero ($0) balance.
Dropping or being withdrawn from classes after the refund deadline does not release you from your financial obligation. Deductions will continue from your account until your balance to GCC is paid in full.
