Please note that if a student is 18 years of age or older, Federal privacy laws prohibit college employees from releasing most information to anyone other than the student. Therefore, if you are the parent or guardian of an MCCCD student, please have the student call with questions regarding their accounts even if you are the financially responsible person.
The GCC Cashier's Office provides the following services for students:

- Tuition & Fees
- Dues
- Fines (Lab, Library, Traffic, etc.)
- Transcripts
- Fitness Equipment (T-shirts, Yoga balls, etc.)

- Disburse Financial Aid Checks

A student is officially enrolled when all tuition, fees, assessments, and deposits are paid in full.
No student may be enrolled in classes who has any debt which is due and unpaid at any Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) campus.
Delinquent debt may require late charges, collection costs, and/or legal fees to be paid before good standing is restored to the student. Failure to pay debts may revoke a student's current enrollment.
