The Art of Memorizing & Learning
The workshop looks at the types of memory and how they differ.  Understanding how quickly memory fades is key to developing a plan for retaining information until it is actually learned. Techniques for improving memory will be discussed, and students will create a plan to try for all classes. The Art of Memorizing & Learning!  Don't forget!

Creating Inner Motivation
Are you feeling unmotivated? Would you like to have more energy to get your projects and goals done?  Are you unsure of where you are going or what is the next step?  This workshop could be the turning point of your student career.  You will take a closer look at your goals and dreams, what may be holding you back, and how to persist despite all obstacles.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the amount of stress in your life? Learn to recognize what triggers your stress and strategies to reduce your academic stress.

Relationships 101 - Personality and Love Languages (Part 1) 
Learn about how attachment, personality and love languages can impact your relationships. Greater understanding of these important aspects of ourselves will enable more successful relationships.

Relationships 101 -Personality and Love Languages (Part 2)
Learn about managing relationships with effective communication skills.  This will include discussion of healthy versus unhealthy relationship patterns and strategies to overcome those patterns.

Stress Proof Your Mind & Body: The Art and Science of Building Resilience/Antibodies Against Compassion Fatigue
This workshop will challenge your current perception of stress and provide tools for hope to combat compassion fatigue (secondary trauma & burnout). It will provide students with well research and evidenced-based self-regulation practices and perceptual reconstruction skills to combat compassion fatigue and prevent burnout.  The goal is for attendees to learn the required skills to be maximally functional under the emotional demands of highly stressful work and/or school environment.

Test Taking Skills 
Have you ever sat down to take a test and had your mind "go blank?" Learn strategies to reduce anxiety, recall information and improve test performance.
