Attend this session and learn the keys to regaining control of  your life and keeping you sanity!  We will take a look at our core beliefs and how to change our perspective to minimize anxiety.
 

Do It Now: Understanding and Overcoming Procrastination - Do you put off until tomorrow what you could do today? Do you paralyze yourself by procrastinating? Don't wait. Attend this workshop!

Test Taking Skills - Have you ever sat down to take a test and had your mind "go blank?" Learn strategies to reduce anxiety, recall information and improve test performance.

Relationships vs. Fairytales - Come and learn which relationships work better than others, which ones to avoid, and which ones to run from.  Learn what your parents and birth-order have to do with successful relationships.
