Program Assessment Information
Program assessment is an annual process used to measure success in student learning and aid faculty by giving them the information needed to improve student learning.
Program assessments answer the question of whether the program offers the material expected to be mastered by any student finishing the program and whether the student did indeed master this body of knowledge.
Program Assessment is separate from course level assessments and the results of program assessments can be linked to both college-wide and course-level assessment requirements.
Use the links to the left under In This Site to learn more about completing the required assessment information and feel free to contact the GCC Program Assessment Coordinator should you have any questions.
