Student Grievances Procedures
A student who feels that he or she has been treated unfairly or unjustly by a faculty member with regard to an academic process has the right to appeal according to approved procedures, stated in the Resident Faculty Policy Manual and the Glendale Community College Student Handbook.
Essentially complaints fall into two categories, unfair/unjust treatment and unfair grading. The process for resolution is almost identical, and charted in a Microsoft Word file that is accessible in the link at the top of the page.
