Fitness Centers

The Fitness Center at Glendale Community College provides a welcoming environment for students, employees and community members of all fitness levels. Our goal is to create a dynamic learning environment, encouraging participants to meet the U.S. National Physical Activity Guidelines under the guidance of professionally trained and certified instructors, in a clean and safe environment.

We offer personal training and specialty fitness classes. You'll find all the current fitness machines and tools - free weights, treadmills, elliptical machines, mats, stability balls and a TRX training system. Whether you enroll for credit or non-credit classes, our qualified instructors will set up a fitness program to fit your needs. 

All participants are required to complete a health history form. Students with disease risk factors may be required to obtain medical clearance.

Yoga & More

We offer personal training and specialty fitness classes in both credit and non-credit options. Get all the benefits of a private yoga studio and full use of the fitness center machines and equipment! Yoga & More is open to students as well as community members of any fitness level.

Senior Fitness

We offer a wide variety of classes tailored for our senior members. Classes are offered at both main and north campuses. See our Senior Fitness schedule for a complete list of classes and descriptions.

Credit Courses (PED/EXS/HES/REC/WED)

Get fit while earning college credits. Our group fitness classes are open to students as well as community members of any fitness level.

Saturday: 6 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Sunday: Closed.

The GCC Fitness Center and Adapted Fitness Center at Main and the GCC North Fitness Center are open six days a week to fit busy schedules.
