Future Fitness/Wellness Professional

New and continuing students have many certification and continuing education opportunities as future fitness/wellness professionals.

Credit Courses (PED/EXS/HES/REC/WED)

Get fit while earning college credits. Our group fitness classes are open to students as well as community members of any fitness level.

Yoga & More

We offer personal training and specialty fitness classes in both credit and non-credit options. Get all the benefits of a private yoga studio and full use of the fitness center machines and equipment! Yoga & More is open to students as well as community members of any fitness level.

Swim and Aquatics

Take a swim in our Olympic-sized pool, one of only two in the West Valley! We offer swimming, water exercise, swim lessons and SCUBA classes. Choose between credit and non-credit options.
