Personal Trainer (CCL)
Students interested in careers in the health and fitness field can begin their studies with a Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Personal Trainer. The CCL in Personal Trainer provides students with the training and skills to create and implement individual and group fitness programs and classes, and it prepares students to take the national exam to become certified physical trainers.
The courses in this program may all be applied towards a more advanced CCL in Personal Training Specialist and/or towards an AAS in Exercise Science and Personal Training for students who wish to continue their studies. Many can also be applied towards university transfer programs in related fields.
You must earn a grade of "C" or better for all courses required within the program.
