Accounting (CCL)

Program Information

The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Accounting program is designed for students seeking to gain skills and knowledge in the field of accounting. Possible entry-level positions for this program include accounting clerk, accounts payable/receivable clerk, claims clerk, credit clerk, full-charge bookkeeper, accounting intern, or comparable positions.

Program Notes

You must earn a grade of C or better for all courses within the program.

This certificate offers three program options that focus on the principles of accounting. The best accounting (ACC) program for you will depend on your accounting background and training. Strong college-level reading skills are important for the successful completion of ACC coursework.

If you are interested in continuing your education, courses in this CCL program may be applied towards the Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Accounting Paraprofessional.
