Above there is a choice of two convenient one mile Heart Walks to add some healthy activity to your day. Join the walk anywhere along the loop, and finish where you started to get in one mile of walking. If you have extra time, walk it twice.
Start walking a one mile Heart Walk two to three times a week. After a few weeks of conditioning, add one more day. Or maybe, walk one of these routes twice a day. Either way, start doing something for your health now. Grab a buddy, head out the door and walk.
