Sneak Peek at Vesta Asteroid Sept. 16

STEM club is hosting Dr. David Williams, funded by NASA, to speak about asteroids at 2 p.m., Sept 16, in MA 142.The scientist is working on the current NASA Dawn mission, a spacecraft that is orbiting an asteroid called Vesta. He will share images of this asteroid with campus before most of the public will see them. Also, Dr. Williams will discuss NASA's previous exploration of asteroids.
