Swim, dunk, spike for fitnessWe are fortunate to have a pool on our campus and, after extensive discussions, the Arizona Swimming Gauchos will offer lap swim from 5 -7 p.m. Monday through Thursday plus Saturday mornings 9 - 11 a.m. Find out more about lap swim from Charlie Cunningham, head coach at firstname.lastname@example.org or 602-674-0125.The swim group will survey those who inquire to determine the best time for future open swim schedules and, hopefully, they may be able to move the time to an afternoon slot.
Employee Wellness basketball is ongoing and meets on Fridays from noon - 12:50 p.m. in the GCC gym. NBA experience is not required. Come run, sweat and play! Find out more from email@example.com.

For those requiring more flexibility in your exercise programs, join us in the Fitness Center at GCC main or North.
