Update HRMS Info for New Year

Nova Robinson, GCC Human Resources Analyst, reminds employees to update their personal information in HRMS. W2's will be mailed from Tempe by Jan. 31, 2012. So these reach you, verify your address in HRMS, Self Service, Personal Information, Home and Mailing Address. Also, make certain your emergency contacts are current.

W4 Exempt Status expires on Feb. 16. W4’s can be updated online via HRMS, Self Service, Payroll and Compensation, W4 Tax Information.

In order to receive notifications in the event of an emergency such as a college closure or incident on campus, staff/faculty must have up-to-date mobile numbers and emails in their HRMS files.
