B. Operating Regulations

Compliance with State of Arizona, ARS-28 codes is mandatory.

1. Posted 15 m.p.h. speed limit is in effect.
2. All vehicles must comply with current emissions control standards.
3. No careless or reckless driving is permitted.
4. Driving motor vehicles, motorized cycles or bicycles on pedestrian paths, the campus interior, or sidewalks is prohibited.
5. Pedestrians always have the right of way and special caution must be exercised in high pedestrian traffic areas.
