Diversity of Enrollment
In the Fall of 2009, enrollment of all full-time undergraduate students in credit programs was 7,126. Of these 48% were female and 52% were male. There were 2% American Indian/Alaska Native, 3% were Asian/Pacific Islander, 7% were Black, Non-Hispanic, 23% were Hispanic, 54% were White, Non-Hispanic, and 2% were Non-Resident Alien. Graduation, Transfer and Retention Rates
Sixty percent of the first-time, full-time undergraduate students who enrolled in the Fall of 2009 returned in the Fall of 2010. The part-time student retention rate was 41%. The 3-year graduation rate for full-time students entering in Fall 2007 was 14%. The 3-year transfer-out rate was 25%.
