Gauchos sign Wimberly and Newbrough
GCC Women's soccer coach Michelle DiMeola is proud to announce the signings of 2 new recruits for the upcoming GCC soccer season. The following is her thoughts on defender Ebonee Wimberly(Ironwood HS) and Forward/Midfielder Corrine Newbrough(Centennial HS);"Ebonee is a defender who I had the privilege to coach her first two years at Ironwood when she was a freshmen and sophmore. She bring toughness to the team as well as knowlege. I'm really excited to have ebonee come and join the lady gauchos next season as we look to go back to the playoffs."
"Corrine is a forward/midfielder who brings speed and skill to the gauchos. She is one of the leading goal scorers for the Lady Coyotes this season and I'm really excited to have her in because she can help us score some goals."
