Extra Time off benefits Gauchos
Women's Soccer returns to action this Wednesday when they travel to Paradise Valley to take on the Pumas. Game time is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. "We are well rested and healthy." Said Head Coach Michelle DiMeola. "It is unusual to get a week and a half off but I think it really helps us at this point."The Gauchos were originally scheduled to play South Mountain on Wednesday but South was not able to field a team for the season, so the soccer team folded. "Practice has been good and getting everyone healthy is a big key, we should be ready to get back after it against a good team at PV on Wednesday" added DiMeola.
